Special Issue of Philosophical Transactions A

We are immensely excited to announce that we have successfully negotiated with the editorial board of Philosophical Transactions A to publish a special issue titled Innovative Structures and Sustainability: Insights from Data-enhanced Learning, timed to coincide with the symposium.

Selected papers submitted to the symposium will be eligible for nomination to this special issue.

It is worth noting that in 1921, A. A. Griffith published his seminal work, “The phenomena of rupture and flow in solids,” which laid the foundation for modern fracture mechanics.
