Conference Fee
All participants of the Conference are required to register and to pay the registration fee. The details of the registration and payment will be included into our Second Announcement.

The Registration Fee covers attendance of sessions, maximum two papers presentation, lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner and preprints of the abstracts.
Cancelation Policy
In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the conference chairman. If the cancellation notification is received until 29th April 2025, registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of €75. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 29th April 2025.
